What is included?All of our packages are bespoke but include a personalised strategy, content creation, covering post and story design, feed planning, hashtag research, caption writing, community engagement, and a monthly insights report to keep you connected with your audience and on track with your goals.

What is the onboarding process?Our process for working together is designed to be thorough and effective. In Stage 1, we begin with a minimum four-month commitment, requiring a 50% non-refundable deposit for the first month to initiate your package. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a Welcome and Onboarding Kit, along with our Strategy Planning and Development to set the foundation for your brand. Stage 2 involves creating a customised Content Calendar. After your approval, the remaining balance for the first month will be due, allowing us to officially kick off your package. We’ll then move into Execution and Engagement, including bi-weekly feedback sessions to keep everything aligned with your goals. Stage 3 brings Monthly Reporting and Strategic Adjustments. Invoices will be sent monthly, with payment due by the 25th. Further details are outlined in our working agreement, ensuring smooth and consistent collaboration.

How often will we catch up to discuss analytics?Each package includes a detailed monthly report delivered at the end of the month, showcasing your account’s progress and performance compared to the previous month. This report highlights growth and the top-performing content, and helps us identify what resonates best with your target audience.

Where are you located?We are based just outside of London UK, however we are able to work with client's worldwide. (which we do!)
